Supply Chain Coordinator
Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to help manage material flow from our bonded warehouse to support production and shipping schedules. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure materials move efficiently, documentation is accurate, and compliance standards are met.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate bonded warehouse withdrawals to support production and shipping timelines
  • Review incoming shipment documentation to determine material demand and storage needs
  • Prepare and submit bonded withdrawal documentation to our brokerage partner
  • Maintain accurate bonded warehouse records for Customs and Border Patrol review
  • Track inventory usage by work order to support export and duty drawback processes
  • Assist with export shipment documentation and final customer export paperwork
  • Learn and support work order generation and material demand planning
  • Serve as a backup to the Supply Chain Manager for production scheduling
What You Bring
  • Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, demand planning, or supply chain coordination preferred
  • Experience with bonded warehouses, customs documentation, or duty drawback processes is a plus
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Pivot Tables and familiarity with ERP or  inventory systems
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
Work Environment
This role involves a combination of desk work and time spent in warehouse or production areas. Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.), standing, and movement throughout the facility may be required.
