Position Details:
•    Type: Direct Hire
•    Schedule: Day shift hours
•    Location: Omaha, NE
•    Pay/Salary: $73,000-$90,000/year

Job Duties:
•    Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems from concept through production
•    Create detailed 3D models, drawings, and technical documentation using CAD software
•    Conduct engineering analysis including stress, fatigue, and thermal evaluations
•    Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of prototypes and production equipment
•    Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and production
•    Review and process engineering change orders (ECOs)
•    Select appropriate materials and manufacturing methods for performance and cost efficiency
•    Provide technical support to production teams and resolve mechanical issues
Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•    2 years of experience with mechanical system design, modeling, and validation.
•    Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar)
•    Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes
