This position is for someone who wants to join a dynamic team environment and someone who is able to keep up with production demands. 

• Read and interpret orders including the order requirements of finished product.
• Wrap and pack a variety of door closers, components, arm combinations, mounting brackets and other associated parts according with 90% + of productivity standards established and zero packing errors.
• Form pre-cut packing cartons, inserts, enclosed templates and other prescribed product and accessories. In some instances, a robot forms the boxes and/or cartons. 
• Perform miscellaneous assembly of components and other duties including set-up of tables to maintain uniform product flow.
• Mark, stamp and apply labels with correct descriptive information.
• Form and pack product in shop cartons using the required order packing methods.
• Previous experience using computer systems including ERP systems with good as well as very accurate typing skills. Frequent use of Copiers/Printers. 
• Comply with all plant safety regulations and company policies.
• Follow all ISO procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.
• Other duties as assigned and required by the supervisor.
