Salary: $20-$23/hour

Our client, a leading US energy provider is seeking a Remote Recruiting Assistant (Part-Time) for placement on a 3-6 week temporary assignment.  Compensation for the will be $23/hour.  Hours for this position are 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday – Friday.

 

Essential job duties:

• Review/Pre-Screen candidate resumes for referral to the recruiter for possible interview
• Conduct phone interviews as requested
• Help with scheduling interviews for the recruiting team
• Data entry into Microsoft Excel
• Search for candidates within popular online job boards

Qualifications for this position include:

• 1+ year of prior recruiting or HR related experience is required
• Associate’s degree or higher strongly preferred
• Candidates must be able to work remotely from home and have a home office setup, including your own laptop or CPU - no tablets.
