Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Restoration Technician to join our team. This role involves responding to property damage situations, performing cleanup, repairs, and restoration services while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a clear background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to property damage calls, including water, fire, and mold restoration

• Perform cleaning, repair, and restoration tasks according to company standards

• Operate restoration equipment safely and effectively

• Maintain accurate records of work performed

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required

• Clear background check required

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50lbs)

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Previous restoration or construction experience preferred, but not required
