Express Employment Professionals Windsor/Hartford is hiring for reliable candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment! This job is an all weather job and requires heavy lifting ability. Moving large pieces of wood material also required patience and caution. Previous lumber handling experience is ideal but not required. 

Location: South Windsor, CT

Pay: $19.50/hr

Shift: 1st shift . 7:00am-4:00am Mon-Fri

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• 2+ years of consistent work history in a manufacturing or industrial company
• Must be comfortable with loud dusty work environment
• Able to speak and read instructions in English
• Must be willing to lift, load/unload wood 
• Able to measure and count
• Must take a drug test & background check

Responsibilities:

• Loading/unloading lumber and molding from mill machines
• Loading/unloading trucks
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Working in a large wood mill environment on your feet all day
• Working independently and with others as needed
