Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Welder to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in welding and fabrication. The successful candidate will assist in the fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures and equipment while learning and developing hands-on welding skills.
**Overtime Required**
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic welding tasks under supervision, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
Assist with cutting, grinding, and preparing metal components
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Learn and apply fabrication and assembly techniques
Assist senior welders as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of welding techniques or vocational training preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to read simple blueprints or instructions a plus
Reliable and punctual
