Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Overnight General Laborer for a busy company in Lake Stevens, WA. This role is a full-time, evaluation-hire opportunity with a reputable industrial company. Offers consistent overnight hours and hands-on work in highly industrial warehouse operations, material handling, and fabrication support.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, operating tools, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment that is open to the elements at times.

• Pay: $20 per hour
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m.
• Location: Lake Stevens, WA

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication & Production

• Cut and drill holes in flat bars using hand tools and measuring devices
• Shoot studs into flat bars using a stud gun (training provided)
• Assist in assembling stud rails and other fabricated components
• Support production tasks using power tools and fabrication equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming industrial materials for quality
• Organize and store materials while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Prepare and package orders for shipment
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move materials and finished products

• Follow all safety protocols and workplace procedures
• Perform general cleanup and assist with additional tasks as needed
• Complete physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools, tape measures, and basic fabrication preferred
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
• Ability to perform physical labor tasks safely and consistently
