Mechanic

Located in Houston, TX

Salary: 14- 25

POSITION:  Mechanic

Pay: $14–$25/hour based on experience

 

 

Responsible for the inspection, maintenance and repair of power mechanical equipment and company vehicles

 

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Prepares accurate records on maintenance, repair and fuel levels of equipment.
• Maintains all decals, safety warnings and company ID stickers.
• Completes work orders for internal and external repairs.
• Repairs power and mechanical equipment
• Maintains company vehicles.
• Checks and refuels equipment.
• Cleans, inspects, services and tests equipment prior to tagging Ready-to-Rent.
• Reports safety violations to supervisor.

 

Qualifications:

• Specialized skills training/certification may be required
• 2 - 5 years of experience in area of responsibility
