Machine Operator , Vinyl Manufacturing (Stamper Making)

We are looking for a hands-on, mechanically minded individual to support our vinyl manufacturing operations. This role involves preparing and adjusting equipment, monitoring production, and ensuring each step of the process runs smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities: Machine Operator , Vinyl Manufacturing (Stamper Making)

• Set up, adjust, and change over production equipment as needed
• Read and follow written instructions and production guidelines accurately
• Work in alignment with daily schedules and production timelines
• Perform basic maintenance and report any mechanical concerns
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Review cut lacquers and finished materials for flaws or irregularities
• Operate EF machinery involved in the stamper manufacturing process
• Handle nickel pellets and other dense materials, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Complete additional tasks assigned by leadership

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment
• Previous manufacturing experience, ideally within vinyl production
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and adjust to changing processes
• Critical thinker who enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Excellent attention to detail
• Understands time sensitivity and prioritizes work effectively
• Clear and direct communication skills
• Works well with others and demonstrates practical judgment
• Committed to workplace safety and proper procedures

Schedule & Pay: Machine Operator , Vinyl Manufacturing (Stamper Making)

• Training period (first 3 months): 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Post-training shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Starting wage: $17 per hour

• Must have experience in vinyl manufacturing
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely (nickel pellets and other dense materials)
