Full time temp-hire position for Inside Sales Representative

 

Responsibile for developing long-term relationships with clients, identifies new business opportunities among exisitng customers, work with customers to determine retail requirements including quantities, specifications and shipping

 

Review customer PO's to ensure information is accurate and within scope of work

Provide continual suport throughout the process from receipt of purchase order to final shipment

Be the POC for customer ensuring satisfaction and providing on-going support

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts 

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly

Work closely with internal teams

Stay current on products, services and industry trends

Maintain CRM database with accurate client information and sales activities

Must be comfortable with making outbound calls and proactively engaging new prospects

 

HS/GEd required

BS degree in Science highy preferred

2-3 years of inside sales or account management, preferably within manufacturing, or regulated industries highly desired

MS Office proficient, Word, Excel, CRM, HubSpot or Salesforce

High level of integrity and dependabilty with a strong sense of urgency and results orientated

Must have strong organizational and communication skills 

Work well with internal departments

Problem solving skills Work in a a team environment
