Job Title: Quality Control Inspector 
Pay: $23/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector with 3–5 years of hands-on welding experience to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect welds to ensure compliance with company and industry standards

• Review blueprints and welding specifications to verify accuracy

• Identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conforming work

• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records

• Communicate findings with production and welding teams to ensure corrective action

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of welding experience

• Strong understanding of welding processes and inspection techniques

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Must be comfortable working in confined spaces (not claustrophobic)

• Willingness to work overtime as needed
