What You'll Do
As a valued member of a client-focused team, you'll help individuals understand their health insurance options while providing outstanding service and support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage options
- Serve as a trusted advocate for senior clients with patience, professionalism, and empathy
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and through email communication
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and files
- Support daily office operations and administrative functions
- Assist clients efficiently during busy enrollment periods
- Participate in community outreach, educational events, and networking opportunities

What You'll Bring
- Active Montana Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain licensure
- Previous office experience required
- Experience in medical offices, pharmacy settings, or senior services is highly valued
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
