Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an experienced Quality Inspector for a leading manufacturing company in Everett, WA. This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity offering consistent training, long‑term career growth, and a highly structured rotating schedule that provides multiple long weekends each month.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in quality control who enjoys hands‑on inspection work and maintaining high product standards.

Shift & Schedule

You will work a rotating Pitman/DuPont schedule, alternating between:

• 7 AM – 7 PM every 2 months
• 7 PM – 7 AM every 2 months

You’ll work 14 days per month with built‑in 3‑day weekends — excellent for work‑life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and hands‑on inspections of PVC products to ensure they meet all quality standards
• Identify defects and log inspection results with accuracy
• Use basic measuring tools and enter data into computer systems
• Collaborate with machine operators, leads, and production teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support general cleanup and quality‑related housekeeping tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, production, assembly, or quality control
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks
• Basic computer skills for checklists, data entry, and logging results
• Ability to stand for 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work rotating day/night shifts

NOTE: you must have 6 months of recent work experience and provide two work references.
