Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Equipment Maintenance Mechanic for a long‑established manufacturing facility in Everett, WA. This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity on the night shift, working 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM on a Pitman schedule (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off).

If you have experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, production equipment troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance, this role offers stability, growth, and consistent full‑time hours.

In this position, you’ll support the plant’s industrial machinery, mechanical systems, and production equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation. Working closely with production teams, you’ll perform repairs, preventative maintenance, equipment adjustments, and documentation to help minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Industrial Equipment Maintenance & Repair

• Service and lubricate manufacturing and production equipment according to maintenance schedules
• Perform mechanical repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting on plant machinery
• Conduct preventative maintenance on facility and process equipment
• Record all maintenance, repairs, and part usage in logs and documentation systems

Fabrication & Technical Support

• Fabricate tools, fixtures, brackets, and basic components as needed
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment

Environmental & Safety Compliance

• Collect, store, and manage waste oils, greases, and materials
• Support proper waste disposal and environmental responsibilities
• Follow all safety policies including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), PPE, and compliance procedures
• Provide on-call overtime support during maintenance emergencies or shutdowns
