Part-Time or Full-Time (32–40 hrs/week + Optional Overtime)

This is not a typical coffee shop job.

We are recruiting for a high-end café located inside a major Gainesville hospital. Clean, professional environment serving doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.

 

?? Compensation:
• 2-week training at minimum wage
• After training: $25–$30/hr with tips
• Top performers earn up to $35/hr
• $33 bonus for every weekend shift worked
• 32–40 hours per week
• Overtime available (optional)
• SIMPLE IRA match

• PTO + paid training

 

?? Schedule:
• Monday–Wednesday availability strongly preferred
• Light weekend availability required
• No one works more than 2 weekend days per month
• Fair, collaborative scheduling

 

? Requirements:
• Food service experience REQUIRED
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, detail-oriented
• Must enjoy coffee and fast-paced service
