Inside Sales Representative

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for an industrial client. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Repondig to customer inquiries regarding company products and services. 
• Processing customer phone and email orders.
• Checking avaialability of stock and shipping dates.
• Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer. 
• Assisting the outside sales and engineering teams by preparing quotes and sourcing products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and able to work as team member as well as independently.
• Prior Inside Sales/Customer Service Experience.
• Data Entry, organization, mult-tasking, Customer oriented. 
• Fast learner.
• Excellent customer service skills. 

Pay Rate: Pay is commensurate with experience.
