Training Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Available Shift After Training: 2nd Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Press Operator / Metal Stamping Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for safely operating stamping presses, completing die setups, loading steel coils, and ensuring high-quality production standards. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Properly and safely operate metal stamping presses
• Operate die cart to load, unload, and transport dies
• Complete die setups in the press
• Perform pre-start operations to detect misalignment or malfunction
• Operate an overhead crane to load steel coils
• Perform visual quality checks while running parts
• Remove and store finished parts in designated locations
• Remove and properly dispose of scrap materials
• Follow all company operational and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to pass required company prescreening assessments
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to read gauges, measuring tools, and production documents
• Basic math and number comprehension skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance
• Ability to reach, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Prior press operator, metal stamping, manufacturing, or machine operator experience preferred but not required
