Schaumburg, IL  | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

A busy real estate law office focused on residential closings is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys client interaction, and takes pride in ensuring every closing runs seamlessly from contract to completion.

Paralegal Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lenders, agents, and vendors
• Manage extensive follow-up via phone and email
• Track deadlines and maintain accurate, complete documentation
• Prepare files and coordinate closely with the attorney for smooth closings

Paralegal Qualifications

• Prior experience handling residential real estate closings required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and customer service mindset
• Proficiency in SmokeBall software preferred
• Professional, deadline-driven, and team-oriented
