🎨 Color Manufacturing Technician

📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday

🕕 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
🕗 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

💵 Pay: $22.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience

🛠️ Responsibilities

This role involves manufacturing and compounding products to meet customer specifications, with a strong focus on creating custom colors, finishes, and aesthetic effects.
An artistic eye is essential — the position requires:

🎨 Precise color matching using a wide range of pigments
🧪 Translating visual inspiration into accurate formulations
🔁 Ensuring consistency across multiple product types
🏭 Experience in a manufacturing environment

Additional Responsibilities Include:

⚙️ Adjusting viscosity
📏 Performing cure‑thickness testing
✔️ Completing QC evaluations of all compounded and manufactured products

💼 Compensation & Benefits

💲 Starting wage: $22–$27/hr, based on experience
📈 First performance review at 3 months; annual reviews thereafter

🔑 Key Requirements

🏭 Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
🎭 Demonstrated artistic background (professional or personal)
👁️ Exceptional ability to perceive and interpret color

🤝 Ability to collaborate effectively with the manufacturing team
📘 Ability to read and follow precise instructions (formularies, SOPs, manuals)
🔄 Openness to feedback and continuous improvement

🎓 Qualifications

🤝 Close coordination with other technicians to achieve production outcomes
🎨 Strong eye for color and solid understanding of color theory
⏱️ Ability to work efficiently under occasional time‑sensitive conditions
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; confident computer navigation
