Salary: $16.00

• Transaction Processing: Managing POS systems, scanning goods, and accepting cash, checks, or credit card payments.
• Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving complaints politely.
• Cash Handling: Balancing the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts.
• Merchandise Handling: Bagging, boxing, or wrapping purchased items.
• Store Support: Assisting with inventory, restocking, and keeping the checkout area clean. 

• Mathematical Skills: Basic math for accurately calculating change.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate pricing and inventory scanning.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS systems and cash registers.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift, push, or pull merchandise as needed. 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is often preferred.
