SEWING TEAM OPERATOR – DENTAL MANUFACTURING COMPANY

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:15am-3:45pm 
Pay: $20.20/hour

 

We’re hiring a skilled Sewing Team Operator to join a dynamic and highly respected dental equipment manufacturing company. Family-owned and operated for over 30 years, this organization is dedicated to enhancing lives by providing high-quality products to customers in more than 60 countries worldwide.

This is a swing shift position, Monday through Thursday, offering competitive pay based on experience ($21.58–$23.93/hour). Upon successful completion of the contract, employees may be eligible for benefits including medical insurance, 401(k), safety incentives, ongoing training, and scholarship opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of industrial/factory sewing experience

• Proven ability to produce clean, professional, high-quality stitches

• Proficiency in operating multiple types of sewing machines

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to meet daily deadlines with accuracy and urgency
