Position: Machine Operator 
Type: Full-Time, Contract expected to be 90 days 
Location: Bothell
Pay: $21.50 per hour
Schedule: 3rd shift // Friday-Sunday, 5AM-5:30PM

Job Details

This role plays a key part in assembly and production operations, ensuring quality standards and productivity goals are consistently met. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, comfortable working with production equipment, and able to follow detailed instructions in a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute assembly sequence duties while meeting productivity and quality expectations

  • Assemble parts according to work instructions, verbal instructions, drawings, and/or diagrams

  • Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements

  • Load materials and products into packaging or processing equipment

  • Weigh materials to ensure compliance with specifications

  • Obtain, move, sort, and label materials and containers

  • Measure product or component dimensions accurately

  • Operate automated production machinery

  • Monitor gauges, dials, and indicators to ensure equipment operates within defined standards

  • Perform basic preventive maintenance procedures as needed

  • Assist in monitoring processes and may help train less experienced operators

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check 

  • Minimum one year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

  • Previous quality inspection experience preferred

  • Experience operating production machinery is REQUIRED

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints

  • Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, measuring)

  • Ability to safely use assembly tools

  • Ability to identify potential safety hazards

  • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods

  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and perform physical tasks including climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels (hearing, eye, and foot protection may be required)
