Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Operate various production machines according to established safety and quality guidelines.

• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Keep a close eye on machine performance; identify and report minor mechanical issues or sounds that don't seem right.

• Loading & Unloading: Keep the machines fed with the necessary materials and clear out finished products efficiently.

• Quality Assurance: Check finished parts or products for defects, ensuring they meet the company's high standards.

• Cleanup & Maintenance: Maintain a clean workspace and perform basic daily maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working around industrial machinery and using basic hand tools.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude.

• Team Player: Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and work well alongside other operators.
