Express Employment Professionals is looking for a high-energy, organized Forklift Operator who understands that a warehouse only works when things are in the right place at the right time. This isn’t just a "driving" job—we need someone who takes ownership of order control, ensuring that shipments move out on schedule and incoming stock is placed accurately to maintain a seamless flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate stand-up/sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move pharmaceutical-grade materials.

• Order Control & Timing: Monitor shipping schedules to ensure all orders are picked, packed, and ready for departure on time.

• Precision Placement: Responsible for "putting away" stock in the correct bins and racks; maintaining 100% inventory accuracy is a top priority.

• Heavy Lifting: Manually load/unload shipments and move heavy containers (up to 50 lbs) as needed.

• Inventory Documentation: Utilize handheld scanners and basic computer systems to track movement and update order status in real-time.

Qualifications

• Forklift Certification: Valid forklift operator certification and a proven track record of safe operation in a busy warehouse.

• Logistics Mindset: Ability to prioritize tasks based on shipping deadlines and "get things out the door" efficiently.

• Physical Stamina: Comfortable with heavy lifting and working in a fast-paced environment for the duration of a shift.

• Detail Oriented: Must be able to read and verify SKU numbers and bin locations to prevent placement errors.
