Express Employment Professionals is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to serve as the final line of defense in a high-stakes pharmaceutical environment. We need a "eagle-eyed" professional who takes pride in ensuring every product is exactly how it’s supposed to be. Key Responsibilities

• Product Inspection: Conduct rigorous visual and physical inspections of products, packaging, and labeling to ensure 100% compliance with specifications.

• Problem Solving: Identify deviations or defects in the production line; work with the manufacturing team to troubleshoot the root cause and prevent recurrences.

• "Stop Work" Authority: Boldly identify and flag non-conforming materials. You are responsible for speaking up and halting production if quality standards are not being met.

• Documentation: Maintain precise quality logs, incident reports, and inspection records in accordance with cGMP standards.

• Audit Support: Ensure the facility remains "audit-ready" at all times by enforcing strict adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: An uncompromising eye for small mistakes that others might miss.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable being assertive regarding quality standards.

• Experience: Previous experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) within a regulated industry (Pharma, Med-Device, or Aerospace) is preferred.

• Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze a mistake and suggest logical solutions.

• Integrity: High level of professional ethics—doing the right thing even when no one is looking.
