Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing company with its U.S. office located in Dutchess County, NY. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and serve as the senior operational leader for the U.S. facility.

This is a high-impact leadership role working closely with international leadership, technical teams, and sales partners to support growth, efficiency, and long-term expansion.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all operations at the U.S. facility

• Oversee manufacturing, assembly, and production planning

• Collaborate with international technical leadership teams

• Interpret customer drawings and technical specifications

• Support manufacturing expansion and process improvements

• Coordinate with HR/PEO partners and internal teams

• Ensure quality control, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in operations or plant management

• Strong manufacturing or industrial background

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD preferred)

• Experience overseeing production planning and facility operations

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive results
