Position Overview:Local company looking for a Front Office Coordinator to assist in front office duties to include;
Job Description:
Asist in office operations for entire team.
Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in task-specific guidelines.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve company goals.
Respond to clients and customers in a timely manner.
Coordinate calendars, email responses, communications and more.............
Experience Required:
2 -5 + years experience in Customer Service/Front Office role
Must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel and Adobe.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have valid drivers license
Must have reliable source of transportation.
