Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside & Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Manassas, VA area. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships. This role combines inside sales (phone, email, CRM follow-up) with outside sales (in-person meetings, client visits, territory development).

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through phone, email, and in-person visits

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

• Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory

• Present products/services to prospective clients

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM

• Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience required (inside and/or outside sales preferred)

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for outside sales)

• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
