3rd Shift Plastics Lead

Job Description: 

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking qualified candidates for a 3^rd Shift Plastics Lead position with an Established Local Manufacturing Company. This position will pay based on experience, and the hours are Monday - Friday from 10:45pm-7am.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the injection molding process to ensure the safe and efficient production of quality plastic components
• Distribute job assignments to machine operators, material handlers, and set-up technicians
• Coordinate Production in order of priorities
• Perform daily inspections as required
• Set-up injection molds and start machines to standard processes
• Respond to operators when operators or machines requires attention
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance are essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting 50lbs
• Able to meet production goals
• Able to learn and apply knowledge appropriately
• Willing to train and retain staff
• Capable of working in a non-temperature-controlled environment
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Steel toed shoes/boots, Safety Eyewear or Prescription Safety Eyewear, Hearing Protection, Hard hat
