Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is hiring a Floor Technician for a Commercial Flooring company in Englewood, CO. The ideal candidate will perform commercial floor care services, operate company equipment, use company-provided chemicals, and ensure high-quality results at client job sites. This role reports to the office daily and drives company vehicles to service locations.

Job Highlights:

• Perform commercial floor care including carpet cleaning and floor maintenance.
• Operate low-speed swing machines, carpet cleaning machines, extractors (up to 75 lbs), and auto scrubbers.
• Use company-provided chemicals and follow proper application procedures
• Travel from the office to assigned job sites using company vehicles
• Complete work orders accurately and maintain professional communication on site
• Maintain equipment in clean and working condition

What We Look For:

• 3+ years of floor technician or janitorial floor care experience
• Experience with commercial floor care systems and equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs
• Ability to manage multiple job assignments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Bilingual preferred but not required
