Batchmaker

Location: Fort Myers Area, FL
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week

Position Summary

The Batchmaker is responsible for accurately formulating, mixing, and producing beverage batches according to detailed recipes and production schedules. This role is critical to ensuring product consistency, safety, and quality while supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to batch sheets and formulas.
Operate and monitor mixing, blending, and processing equipment throughout production.
Monitor batches and make adjustments to maintain consistency and product specifications.
Perform quality checks and collect samples to ensure products meet company standards.
Maintain accurate production records, including ingredients, quantities, and batch numbers.
Follow strict safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to maintain a clean work environment.
Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas to prevent contamination.
Coordinate with production teams to meet schedules and support efficient operations.
Manage raw material inventory and report shortages or discrepancies.
Troubleshoot equipment or blending issues and report maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing or food/beverage experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and formulas.
Ability to operate industrial equipment and understand production processes.
Knowledge of safety procedures within a production or manufacturing environment.
Excellent teamwork and time-management skills to maintain workflow and production goals.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Must be able to lift and move heavy materials safely.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
