Express Employment is hiring a Sr. Application Program Analyst for a position with a local client! 

📍 Location: Colorado Springs (South) 
💵 Pay: $45-$55/hour
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday
⏰ Hours: Remote/Hybrid 

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• • Develop and modify complex Business and GIS application programs
  • Design solutions that account for system capacity, limitations, operational requirements, and IT architecture standards
  • Independently design, configure, code, test, debug, and document custom software programs and interfaces
  • Provide expert-level analysis and support during problem investigation and system design phases
  • Mentor, advise, and provide technical leadership to other Programmer Analysts
  • Offer technical assistance to junior-level team members
  • Operate at the highest technical level throughout all phases of applications programming and workflow design
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and ITIL framework standards

Qualifications

• • Advanced proficiency with Workflow Designer
  • Expertise with Forms Designer, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript customizations
  • Ability to design token logic and routing workflows
  • Strong understanding of data modeling principles related to metadata
  • Proficient in SQL (read, write, and complex queries)
  • Knowledge of REST endpoints
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process failures
  • Understanding of how metadata impacts and drives public search functionality
