Commercial Estimator/Sales

Located in West Des Moines, IA

Salary: $55k-$80k

Job Duties: Estimates of material takeoffs, cost estimates, price projects accurately, monitoring project progress, track bids, develop relationships with contractors, working alongside their sales team - Monday-Friday 7am-5pm 

REQUIRMENTS: HS Diploma, Construction Management Degree (preferred), exp w/ CRM. If no degree, need to have 3+ years of exp working in commercial lumber sales
