Phone Closer Position - Part Time/Remote

Located in Clarksville, TN

Salary: $12 - $15 / hr + Commission

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable and efficient candidates for a Phone Closer position with a Local Garage Door Company. This position will pay between $12 - $15 / hour + commission.  Once trained the first week, will work remote for 1-2 hours/ day 5 days/week.  This position could turn into a full time position.

Responsibilities:

• Call customers with open estimates to answer questions, address objections, and close the sale
• Follow up by text and email using clean, professional templates
• Re-engage older estimates with a confident, value-based approach (never pushy) 
• Collect a 50% deposit and secure a clear “yes” decision
• Confirm scope, expectations, and timeline to ensure a smooth transition to production
• Work roughly 30 new open quotes per week, plus older quotes already in follow-up 
• Keep accurate notes and next actions
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with inside sales, appointment setting or phone closing 
• Home Service Experience is a plus
• CRM experience is a plus
• Possess a strong phone presence and ability to confidently ask for the sale
• Excellent written communication for text/email
• Comfortable working independently and staying organized
• Reliable home workspace + headset + strong internet
• Able to work Central Time and consistently commit to 4:00–7:00 PM CT, Mon–Fri
