Express Employment is partnering with a distribution company in east Tampa and seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist role. 

 

 

Job Duties:

-To enhance customer engagement via phone and email.

The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries and data processes in our ERP system. Tech savvy and strong communication skills are required. 

-Order fulfillment, heavy data entry

-Respond to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints via phone, and email

-Flexible to assist in other areas 

 

Qualifications:

-2+ years in Call center office setting, inside sales support

-Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel

-Muti-Tasker, Attention to Details.

 

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
