Express Employment Professionals Paris, TX is seeking applicants for a Customer Service Representative position! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in Paris, TX that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions
• Take payments and process transactions accurately
• Prepare and handle customer quotes
• Maintain organized records and update customer information
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
