Job Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable and self-motivated Parts Grinder Operator to join our team in Shreveport, LA. This position involves grinding metal parts to specifications and assisting with general shop duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Grind and finish parts according to specifications

• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy

• Operate hand grinders and related tools safely

• Maintain production standards and meet daily goals

• Clean work areas, including sweeping and general shop upkeep

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous grinding or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

• Willingness to grind, sweep, and assist with general shop duties

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail
