Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable IT Support Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting end users in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment

  • Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity problems

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls

  • Perform routine system updates and backups

  • Document support tickets and maintain accurate IT records

  • Assist with cybersecurity best practices and system security

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of IT support or related experience

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

  • Experience with Active Directory

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or other relevant certifications

  • Experience with ticketing systems
