Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and dependable IT Support Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting end users in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity problems
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Perform routine system updates and backups
Document support tickets and maintain accurate IT records
Assist with cybersecurity best practices and system security
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of IT support or related experience
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with Active Directory
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
CompTIA A+, Network+, or other relevant certifications
Experience with ticketing systems
