Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team in Willow Grove, PA. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. This role is essential in ensuring guest satisfaction through high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards

• Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish surfaces

• Restock room supplies and housekeeping carts

• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly

• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move up to 25–50 pounds

• Reliable transportation to Willow Grove, PA

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
