Job Title: General Labor Worker – Rock Mining & Cement Production

NO SKILLS NEEDED-JUST DEPENDABILITY!

We have a mining/rock facility on of Corkscrew Rd South Lee County that needs some great workers! 

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 10–12 hour shifts (with 2 days off)

Location: Located in South Lee County /CENTRAL Corkscrew Rd

This is in the central part of Corkscrew between Estero and Immokalee

 

About the Role:
We are seeking hardworking and dependable General Labor Worker to join our rock mining and cement production team. This role involves hands-on work in an outdoor industrial environment with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with rock processing and cement production tasks.
• Sort debris from rock and maintain material quality.
• Perform general site clean-up to ensure a safe and organized work area.
• Handle light maintenance duties as assigned.
• Safely perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects regularly.
• Willingness to work long shifts (10–12 hours) and overtime as needed.
• Dependable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Previous labor or construction experience preferred, but not required.
