The Inventory & Supply Chain Assistant at KEVIN.MURPHY Group supports North American operations by ensuring accurate inventory records, managing daily supply chain administration, and processing all inbound inventory through Microsoft Dynamics. This role is essential for maintaining inventory integrity, product availability, and reliable reporting across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Receiving: Process all inbound inventory (POs, transfers, returns) accurately in Microsoft Dynamics; verify quantities, item codes, and locations; escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Supply Chain Administration: Create and update purchase orders, track delivery timelines, maintain accurate documentation, and support operational workflows.
• Coordination & Communication: Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners; coordinate with Finance to resolve documentation issues; support supply chain and operations through administrative tasks.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and organizational skills.

• 2–3 years of experience in inventory, logistics, purchasing, or supply chain support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics (preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.
