Job Title: Production / Manufacturing Associate
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production / Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. This is a full-time, 1st shift position working four 10-hour days, offering a three-day weekend. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing or production experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Tear down and clean machines
• Put machine parts in washer machine
• Sanitize parts according to directions.
• Complete cleaning log and needed paperwork
• Change foils and waste
• Fill and transfer of bulk product for production
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report spoilage as needed
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Setup machine and product for next manufacturing need.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Reliable attendance and punctuality (early start time required)
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or GED preferred
