Customer Support Representative - $16/hour 

 

Express Employment has an immediate opening for an outstanding Customer Support Representative for a company in Alcoa, TN. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones- handle requests or direct as needed
  • Process web orders/searches
  • Work with vendors on tracking/ shipments/ and any issues.
  • Research as needed
  • Other duties as needed. 

Qualifications: 

  • Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone
  • Previous customer service experience in a warehouse environment
  • Great attention to detail 
  • Review and follow up with leads/ have sales initiative 
  • Ability to be flexible in your position as needed 

Shift: 

  • Mon - Fri | 8A-5P // 1 hr. lunch
  • Full time 
  • Temp-to-hire
