Express Employment Professionals of Windsor/Hartford is hiring for Insert Operators for a mail handling facility in the Windsor area. The insert operator is in charge of inserting documents into sorting machines.  A keen eye for detail is a must, as you will need to accurately perform the tasks to keep production running smoothly. Quality control along all parts of the processes is needed.

Pay: $18+/DOE

Shift: 2nd shift 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Must have availability to train on 1st shift, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm for at least a week. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and handling of critical materials
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 35lbs. 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English. 

Responsibilities:

• Operate inserting machines based on job orders. 
• Set up machines prior to starting a job. 
• Conduct quality checks on machine throughout the whole process to ensure accuracy.
• Complete paperwork as necessary.
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary to keep entire department on schedule.
