1^st Shift Assemblers & Packagers #8848

Location: Oconomowoc, WI

Shift: Mon - Fri (6am – 2:30pm)

Overtime Notice: Employees usually work 9hr days so all applicants must be flexible to start as early as 5am and work as late as 3:30pm.

There could be possibly Saturday work too which is usually from 6am-10am or 6am-12am.

 

Pay Rate: $18.86-$19.50p/hr (BOE)

Description: Count and record parts from inventory with accuracy using basic math skills. Communicate shortages, scrap and delays when applicable. Identify the correct colored wire(s) per work instructions

Operate small hand and power tools. Perform cuts, crimps, connections and soldering. Use computer software to locate and print assembly drawings. Identify and obtain accurate assembly fixtures as called by Work Order

Assemble products to Work Order specifications. Perform assembly tasks to meet daily production standards of quality and quantity. Package product for shipment

 

Qualifiers: High School or GED preferred.

Computer experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) required

2 years mechanical or electrical assembly preferred

 

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds routinely

Ability to lift 31 pounds to 50 pounds occasionally

Ability to lift over 50 pounds with assistance occasionally

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds over shoulders occasionally

Ability to lift over 25 pounds over shoulders rarely

Ability to push/pull up to 25 pounds regularly

Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds occasionally
