Administrative Assistant – $22/hr | Full-Time | Clearwater, FL
On-site | Monday–Friday | Manufacturing Environment
We’re hiring a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Vice President and multiple departments. If you enjoy organization, documentation, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role offers stability, growth, and variety in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do

Maintain organized digital + physical filing systems

Scan, upload, and prepare documents for audits and compliance

Support scheduling, communications, and project coordination

Assist with company mailings, announcements, and event planning

Update OSHA logs, training records, REACH/RoHS, EEO-1, and other compliance files

Track insurance certificates and customer/vendor documentation

Assist with customer/vendor onboarding paperwork

Support sales + marketing with lists, materials, and admin tasks

Provide light HR administrative support (file updates, onboarding docs)
What You Bring

3–5 years administrative or office support experience
-
Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills

Excellent communication + organization
-
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred

CorelDRAW or similar software experience is a plus
