Administrative Assistant – $22/hr | Full-Time | Clearwater, FL

On-site | Monday–Friday | Manufacturing Environment

We’re hiring a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Vice President and multiple departments. If you enjoy organization, documentation, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role offers stability, growth, and variety in a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Maintain organized digital + physical filing systems

  • Scan, upload, and prepare documents for audits and compliance

  • Support scheduling, communications, and project coordination

  • Assist with company mailings, announcements, and event planning

  • Update OSHA logs, training records, REACH/RoHS, EEO-1, and other compliance files

  • Track insurance certificates and customer/vendor documentation

  • Assist with customer/vendor onboarding paperwork

  • Support sales + marketing with lists, materials, and admin tasks

  • Provide light HR administrative support (file updates, onboarding docs)


What You Bring

  • 3–5 years administrative or office support experience

  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills

  • Excellent communication + organization

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred

  • CorelDRAW or similar software experience is a plus
