We are hiring an experienced Field Service Technician. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining construction and aerial equipment in both shop and field environments. If you enjoy hands-on mechanical work, customer interaction, and variety in your day, this is a strong long-term opportunity!

What You’ll Do:
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on construction and aerial equipment.
Work in both shop and field environments, including customer job sites.
Pick up and deliver equipment when needed.
Complete service documentation and communicate clearly with customers.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of mechanical experience required.
Strong understanding of gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
Automotive or industrial maintenance backgrounds encouraged to apply.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in moderate to high noise environments.
Computer skills required, including Microsoft Office.
Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
Self-starter who can adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required.
Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and respond to callouts as needed.
Occasional local travel required.
