Job Coach

Located in Madison, WI

Salary: $17.50/hr

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic Job Coach who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with disabilities. In this role, you will support individuals in community employment and volunteer settings, helping them build skills that promote independence and long-term success. This position is ideal for someone looking to make a lasting impact and commit to supporting individuals over time.

 

Location: Madison, WI

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (35–40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision, guidance, and hands-on support at employment and volunteer sites

• Train and coach individuals on job-related and independent living skills

• Travel to multiple job and volunteer sites throughout the day using your own vehicle

• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling

• Adapt to schedule changes as needed—this is a hands-on, active role (not a desk job)

 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Human Services preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift 50+ pounds

• Relevant experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus

• Clean driving record with reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance required

• Comfortable driving to multiple sites throughout the workday
