Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support EHS programs to ensure workplace safety and compliance

• Administer workers’ compensation claims, including reporting, documentation, and follow-up

• Investigate workplace injuries and incidents and recommend corrective actions

• Conduct safety training, audits, and inspections

• Maintain OSHA records and ensure regulatory compliance

• Partner with leadership and employees to promote a strong safety culture

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in EHS / Safety role required

• Working knowledge of workers’ compensation processes and claims management

• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards

• Strong documentation, communication, and follow-up skills

• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred
